Ragunan Zoo

 

 

•Opened in 1894

 

•Located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Indonesia

 

•The zoo contains over 270 different species and over 3,100 animals

 

•Holds special events like elephant and pony cart rides as well as boat rides on the Ragunan lake

 

•Things I like about the place are that it contains my favorite animal, the Komodo Dragon, and that they are looking after the endangered animals such as the orangutans and the Sumatran tiger.
